Shipping

Lock and Load Transport provides shipping on all purchases within New Zealand. Delivery method will be via NZ Post within New Zealand or a courier company. Delivery time-frame is 3-6 days depending on location.

Return/Refund Policy
Thank you for shopping at Lock and Load Transport NZ. If the product you have purchased is faulty you may return it at any time. You are responsible for the cost to return your item.

Please ensure you have a copy of your receipt, and an explanation as to why you believe the item is faulty. All faulty items will be replaced and sent to you free of charge within 30 days of receiving your returned item.

If we are unable to replace your item we will fully refund the total cost of your purchase to you. Please ensure you provide full purchase details including contact details.

If you simply change your mind and no longer want your purchase, you may return it to us providing it is unused, and in its original packaging. We will not refund unwanted items, but we will offer an exchange on a different item providing your receipt is attached.
